Background
We are aware of a connectivity issue that affected file transfer over SFTP & FTP, along with t-mac device communications. This issue latest for approx. 10 minutes.
Devices should continue to communication as normal and snapshot data received, there might be a small delay with this data being processed.
Impact During Issue
- Unable to send or receive files using the SFTP/FTP system
- Devices unable to receive changes
- Devices unable to login, snapshot data unable to be received by the t-mac platform

We will continue to monitor this incident to ensure that the platform remains stable while we investigate the root cause further.

We have upgraded this incident to 'degraded' while we continue to experience delays in processing some data from devices.
This is due to a build up of data in certain queues, this does not affect all devices. The data queues in question are processing and we expect that the majority of delayed delay to be processed shortly.
Data queues have been processed and service has remained stable, we will continue to monitor this.
After monitoring over the weekend, we can confirm that this service has remained stable.
