t-mac Portal Unavailable

    Fault Update #1

    We have identified a network communication issue that is affecting service availability throughout the platform.ย 

    This is a high priority issue that our technical teams are currently working to resolve. We have also engaged in one of our network suppliers for further fault investigation.

    Device communication for snapshot data uploads to the t-mac platform should now be restored, however all other platform access will remain unavailable at the moment. We will provide further updates in due course.

    Fault Update #2

    Device snapshot data is being received as normal on schedule & is being processed, however some services remain affected such as access to the t-mac web portal & file transfer services.

    We're still working closely with our network suppliers to resolve this issue. We will provide further updates when they become available.

    Fault Update #3

    We are still continuing to work alongside our network provider to resolve the connectivity issues currently being experienced and have been working through the night to rectify this issue.

    Data is still being received and will be processed once connectivity to the network is restored although there may be some delay to this.

    Fault Update #4

    Portal access has returned at present however our network provider has advised the connectivity issues may remain intermittent over the next few hours. Data is starting to process however will be delayed while it catches up.

    We expect that some t-mac devices might lose connection for a short period of time as we re-stabilise connections for optimal performance. We will provide further details on this incident in due course.

    We would like to apologise for this service impact.

    Fault Update #5

    We can confirm that service is fully operational now and remains stable, operating in normal conditions since 13:45 yesterday.

    We will be providing further information into the background of this incident soon, again we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
