Background
We're aware of an issue that is causing connectivity issues for some t-mac devices connecting to the t-mac platform. Additionally the t-mac portal may occasionally display an error message or respond slowly.
Impact
This is an intermittent fault that we're investigating and may not affect everyone. If you receive an error message on the t-mac portal please refresh and try again a few moments later, t-mac devices will automatically reconnect.

We have identified the faulty network component which has now been isolated restoring stability and performance. We'll mark this as an advisory notification for now while we continue monitor network performance.
Service across the t-mac platform remain stable and performing as expected.
